Return Policy
You may return your unworn, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order on PopularlyWatches.com for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged merchandise
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or engraved items
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
